## Frequently asked questions

- **What is the difference between Inforwaves and Articom?** Inforwaves is the engineering company: we design and build AI systems and web platforms for clients. Articom is our own SaaS product, a platform companies use to build AI agents, voice agents and automations themselves. Some client projects are built on Articom; many are not. Articom has its own site at articom.io.
- **Do you only build AI solutions?** AI is our primary focus, but we also provide complete software engineering capabilities. We build the platforms, applications, APIs, and infrastructure needed to turn an AI capability into a complete product.
- **We already have an AI prototype. Can you help?** Absolutely. We can take an existing prototype and help turn it into a reliable production system — improving its architecture, evaluation, integrations, security, performance, and scalability.
- **How do we start?** Every project starts with understanding the problem before deciding on the technology. We identify the opportunity, define measurable outcomes, and determine the best path toward production.
- **Can you integrate AI with our existing systems?** Yes. We design AI solutions to work with the systems your business already uses, including APIs, databases, CRMs, internal platforms, knowledge bases, and other enterprise tools.
- **How do you approach data and security?** Security and data handling are considered as part of the system architecture from the beginning. Depending on the project, we can support approaches such as private infrastructure, self-hosted deployments, data controls, and privacy-conscious model configurations.
